Slacker Premium allows you to pick not a channel based on a song but that specific song or album. The app seems to be the best at not adding duplicates and generally working better. If you use a Slacker premium account, you can create playlists from the smartphone app or the website. The usual Slacker controls work (banning / promoting an artist) but you can't do any of the other premium things, like queue up a whole album or view song lyrics. This gives you (as far as the Tesla vehicle is concerned) playlists and deeper custom channels. You can sign up for your own Slacker premium account. I have told them that it works, as indicated below. They will also tell you that you can't use your own Premium account, because they are lying liars who lie through their lying lie holes. If you do, you get an "Error 500" on the Slacker website and their tech support will tell you this is impossible to change.
